Leave the highway A9 at the exit "Narbonne Sud" (n°38). In the first round-about go strait in the direction of Carcassonne-Beziers (N213).
In the second round-about go still strait. In the third round-about go 3/4 way around and take in the direction of Marcorignan. In the centre of Marcorignan village there is a road on your left in the direction of Névian. Take this road (there is also a small sign saying "domaine de la Motte").
Chateau de la Motte is the last property of the village on your right in the direction of Névian.
